How can I learn Spanish with ease and speed?

I live in Canada, so do not have Spanish as a course. I want to learn Spanish easily and quickly. I just need a few key words, need to memorize a few phrases. It really does not matter what you take, but try to choose something you like. Avoid taking any classes individuals, all I've seen are rip-offs. see TV again, especially the news.
